Home Maintenance of Texas was born in 2019 after spending 20+ years in the home construction and renovation business. Over that time, I began to see a need for a “One Call Can Fix It All” service company that could take care of all routine and emergency maintenance for homes and commercial properties on a regularly scheduled basis. Working with a large Institutional Investors with over 50,000 single family rental properties for the past 4 years and performing over 3000 repairs over that time, I have witnessed firsthand how neglect and lack of routine maintenance can shorten the life span of appliances, water heaters, HVAC systems and much more.
